History:
Academy Arc:
As a child, Alexander never attended a formal academy, instead, he was tought Chakra Control and the very basics of the Dakame Storm Jutsu from his father. During this time, he learned the basic Academy Jutsu, along with the Water Clone technique and the Water Shuriken Technique. After Alexander turned 10, his father brought him before the Village Leader for a demonstration, to be accepted as a shinobi, the leader of Amegakure was pleased, and there off, Alexander was placed as a Genin in Specialty Squad-02 of Amegakure.
Genin Arc:
While serving in the SS2, a squad for specially trained students who had recently become genin, he was put under a rigorous training exercise, to pass a 5 mile path, with avoiding every deadly trap in the way, whoever did not pass, either died, or was put under another test to be put back into the academy. He, along with only one other shinobi, passed the test, all others died.
Chuunin Exams:
He was not part of a team for the Chuunin Exams, which were hosted this year in Kirigakure, the Village of Mist. He aced the quiz, but during the Forest of Death, which now, was the Sea-Caves of Doom, which was to navigate to the center of the underground ocean labyrinth before tide came in, he almost drowned, but he succeeded. He easily beet the Inuzuka he fought in the first battle, he beat the Hyuuga he fought in the second battle, and the final battle was a draw between a puppet master. They were both promoted to Chuunin.
Chuunin Arc:
His Chuunin arc was nothing but C, B, and a few A rank missions. But during this time, his father tought him the Dakame storm birds summoning, and Alex returned to Amegakure, with the Storm Birds, and new Lightning, Water, and Wind jutsu.
Jounin: Alexander had recently become a Jounin, through service and mission completion, but had taken a job as a delivery and messenger shinobi, but is still hired for missions by any of the Kages and village leaders in any a while.

Looks: Alexander is aprox. 6'2", and 135 pounds, he usually wears a black nin flak jacket, and under, a heavy white shirt. His pants a dark grey with large pockets. He carries a large summoning scroll tied across his back. Alexander has a very average complexion, his eyes are a pale green, and he has medium-short spiky black hair, with white tips.

Personality: Alexander is a usually calm young man, who likes to joke around. He is very serious, but also likes to joke around. Kids in Amegakure liked him, because he was a prodigy, but Alex hated himself for putting to much time into his Ninja Training.

Name: Dakame Storm Bird Summoning

Description The Dakame Storm Bird Summoning allows the user to summon one of the Dakame storm birds; Atsume, Kazu, Itze, or Kari. Atsume is a large bird, capable of carrying up to 3 people at maximum, the bird is a blackish-blue with a white streak on his wings, he is also the fastest and the stealthiest. Kazu is a white raven, and is blind, and sees by feeling the chakra in the air currents. he is very fast and can sense chakra changes. Itze is a larger bird, capable of carrying 1 person, it has the most stamina. Kari is the only female bird among the Storm Birds, she is extremely fast, and very smart.

History: The Dakame clan have been delivery and messenger shinobi for years, since the existence of Amegakure, The Dakame bonded with the Storm Birds and the Storms to help them with there jobs. Very often do Dakame Shinobi leave Amegakure, their home of origin, to place themselves within another village, because the village head does not see them fit.

Can you please Tell us a bit more about Alexander?

Describe his personality. How does he act to others? Is he mean? Nice? love to joke around? Smart? Dumb? Does he get distracted easily, etc.

Also I wish to kind of see a bit of History at least a paragraph.

And try to estimate how much Stamina and Chakra is used up for each techique.
