Looks: This man has slitted, sapphire eyes that gleam oddly. He has long, straight, bone white hair mostly bound in a series of braids. His body is rather elegant. You can't help but compare him to a clever stage magician. He has a domed forehead and a pouting mouth.
He has an unusual scar on his left cheek which resembles strength. This scar was an intentional scar. Nero's nose is very narrow and his ears are pointy. His mouth is really short and is barely noticeable. Also, his skin is very soft and delicate. The teenager wears an Akatsuki cloak as well as a straw hat.
The ninja's arms look really frail and weak, however, when his bare arms show up, his forearms his muscles. He also has an averagely sized pair of triceps and biceps. His fingernails are really pointy and always have black nail polish. His fingers are really long. His hand is really rounded.
His legs are really muscular, but appear frail when they are covered. Nero has purple slippers and they are really small. He wears black nail polish on his normal toenails. Also a small cut on his ankle.
Personality: Beyond vain, Neon is practically in love with himself. Nothing is too good for him, no one is more beautiful, attractive or charming. This ninja is likely to be egotistical and self-centered as well.
He is far above the average adventurer in mental abilities. Such a trait may have made him feel isolated and different from others. Or, if he was raised in an environment more suitable for the young genius, may very well look down on those he considers her mental inferiors.
He takes an abnormal delight in cruelty. He'll kick the smelly cat when no one is looking, push old beggars to their knees for the fun of it, and will feel no remorse while doing it. The Akatsuki member cares only for his own pleasure and will lie and misrepresent their interest to hurt others both emotionally and physically.
The Hyuuga Clan member has a touch of the wanderlust. He never likes to stay too long in one place and is much happier out on the open road living where ever he happens to stop rather than settled down in a home of his own.
